Requirements for This Position:
TREC Professional Home Inspector License
Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) in English
A strong work ethic is essential
Ability to crawl under houses and into attic spaces (when accessible)
Basic computer skills and a digital camera on your phone
Hands-on training by our experienced inspection team
Compensation of $100/day during training
Compensation increases upon successful completion of training
Company vehicle provided after training
