Customer Service & VIP Service Team Member

Fox Residential Services Group is looking for a highly capable person who can solve a variety of issues on the fly and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This person is great with people and follows processes accurately. This person learns new software easily and eagerly takes on new tasks. This person is a self-starter and organizes time well. This person also has a thick skin when taking calls about issues from clients or agents and can accommodate different types of people.

 

As a VIP Service Team Member, you will be responsible for sales, customer service, general office duties, and keeping communication flowing in the office.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to multi-task, present a professional phone presence, and learn new computer programs quickly.
