Apprentice Home Inspector - Fox Residential Services Group
Fox Residential Services Group provides comprehensive, detailed home inspections to the Houston Metro area. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Home Inspector to work under the supervision of a licensed Professional Home Inspector, learning the ins and outs of the home inspection industry. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become a licensed inspector.

The apprentice will also be trained to perform ancillary services that do not require a license, offering a well-rounded introduction to the field.

Requirements for This Position:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) in English
Interest in obtaining a TREC Home Inspection license
Ability to crawl under houses and into attic spaces (when accessible)
Basic computer skills and a digital camera on your phone
Hands-on training by our experienced inspection team
Compensation of $100/day during training
Salary increases upon successful completion of training
Company vehicle provided after training
